Its usually a great idea to clean up the environment, cut the weeds, and keep an overall clean space in order to boost sales. But what do I know, it seems people don't mind a dirty environment. However, it seems to be a good location but aeration might be an issue. Although I have a feeling the owners cannot get a trustworthy manager to take the place to greater heights. Sad!
