Great video! WHY DIDN'T YOU SHOW US THE HOLE IN THE END OF THAT T-10 BIT!!!??? It's such an important part of the procedure and left everyone cursing when they couldn't take out that one seat belt screw!
You can try to release the lower part, the upper part will be remaim locked...if you have access to the seat, why don't you open from the inside button?
@@lashpitz The button doesn’t work if you break into the car because of the safety mechanism on the computer. I found another way to get in though so it’s all good
How did you get this bolt out at 4:16? I had to fully give up at this point and reassemble everything. Were you able to get this out by hand? You cut the camera at this point
@@lashpitz I dunno, it seemed to be MUCH harder to do on that side, I could not remove that bolt. Seemed to be giving you some trouble on that side too. Did you get it out by hand?

Buy a new one from Toyota, Shouldn't be expensive. You can improvise with another piece of plastic, but it's a seat and it's your safety, it's not worth it for a few dollars...
The #10 Torx security wrench has a hole in the center of it. The failure to show that, made this job much harder. Please show the the most important part of that bit or this job just becomes that more difficult. Freeze the frame at 1:00 to see that security hole for a split second, or go through this process frustrated. My Camary uses the #8 security torx.
Yep! Thanks for making this video, because it showed me one of the key steps to install my new seat covers. This is a really good video except for that key failure to show the hole in that T-10 bit. I am also now in the hunt for that one stupid bit.

Can this be done without folding the seats down? I locked my keys in the trunk and I’m trying to see how I can get them out without a locksmith

I broke the white clips it seems, and the rear seats are not snapping back. The white clips of the back bench :( please suggest any remediation.

I got Airbag warning after removing the seats. Any solution?
Reconnect the airbags and the warning will disappear...
