How To Install & Torque ARP Head Studs on a Rover V8 - 1997 Land Rover Discovery - "Jimmy"

Driver's side (US) cylinder head installation including surface prep, head gasket inspection, installation, tips and tricks, and proper lubrication and torque procedure for Automotive Racing Products (ARP) head bolts. This should be nearly identical for all Land Rover Discovery, some Range Rovers and Defenders, for model years 1994-2004 as well as many other Rover V8 applications.

Indeed, fortunately I haven't had to deal with that on any of the Rovers I've encountered yet!
