KDX Update and Ramble | Cylinder Drama

Taking a look at the new front end to check for clearance issues.
Also I cannot get that steel lined cylinder to jive with my KIPS valves so it's time to stomach a cylinder replate on my spare.

I've been around fb pages and forums for a while and this is the first time I've seen that problem and the liner being the culprit. Thanks for making the video and the updates. I did the replate on my 94 i got over the summer in parts and put a pretty good amount of money in it but it came out very nice. Its worth it for the KDX for me. Also agreed on having a hard time with the headlight options for the E-series. Looking forward to more of your ride videos this season!

Nice looking project! My 01 220 barely touches the Clark tank with the top triple too but I have the conventional KDX forks on it for now.

Dude that sucks. I thought engine was rebuilt when bought.
