I was diagnosed with Hashimotos about 3 years ago too!!! My doctor could not explain what any of it meant and told me that I would need to be on synthetic thyroid hormones for the rest of my life. The journey I have been on since then has been crazy. I am disgusted and angry over what is allowed by these corrupt agencies and the companies themself for wanting to put this poison into their products. There are some really great channels on TH-cam that have helped me. I have found that people with Thyroid have gut problems and it all stems from that. And then from there endocrine disruptors make things worse.

Hey there! Recently learned about EDCs and am quite disappointed to say the least. Just curious if the effects of EDCs in adults are permanent or irreversible? Such as testosterone levels. Can’t seem to find an answer for adults so I hope you know!
Not positive, but I'm pretty sure that they are reversible, especially if you remove them from your environment and detox. The human body is pretty amazing.
