Thanks for your comment, I won't pretend to be an expert in Indian culture, but as an outsider it appears to have a complex and fascinating history. I could be wrong, but I think Western cultures were more balanced before the rise of the Abrahamic religions - Judaism/Christianity/Islam. The old Pagan religions in both Northern and Southern Europe worshiped feminine deities just as much as the masculine ones. Also, you might have noticed that on my map the coastal regions of the USA are marked feminine, with the central regions as masculine, which is probably much to do with how Christianity is perceived and practiced in these areas.
@@interculturalenglish9794 Correct. The original name of our religion (o don't think it should be called religion) is Sanatan Dharma. It is not abrahmic but more like experiential one. It is our belief that all religions (of people may call them so) before abrahmic faiths were the same - Sanatan Dharma. Basics of it is rooted in nature and individual experience over political use. My issue is when individuals rigidly stick to one and not share both strengths. A feminine fellow should know when to get tough and a masculine person should know how to be gentle and nurturing.
@@cadethumann8605 Interesting. I agree that hyper-feminine people should learn to be tough when situations gets hard. Also hyper-masculine people should learn to be gentle when people need comfort.
@@zak27986 For me, I find what qualifies and masculine and what is feminine to be arbitrary. I prefer to judge people as, well, people. Sure, men and women have some differences like men being stronger and women having the ability to nurse, so there is some truth to one being protector and the other being nurturer. However, they should not be taken to extremes as individuals would be left incomplete internally.
