Use Vaseline on the stick thing then insert the earring.. that helped me I also use to experience the same.

Hey Nqobi, I’m working in TIPP but with TOPP work exposure/experience. So in my firm there is a division that focuses on TOPP related work not necessarily Audit focused work. Hope this makes sense 😊
