I have never seen chickpeas sprouted like that! That really blew my mind, I’d like to try this just for the sprouted beans! I wonder if he sprouted them himself or things are fancier over there in Australia!
Tin foil has a shiny side and a matt side. The shiny side reflects radiant hear, the matt side absorbs it. Put the shiny side against the food you want to heat, it will penetrate through the matt side into the contents, then be reflected internally by the shiny side. 😉
