An introduction to the Indian spices that you should keep in your pantry to cook basic Indian recipes.
Spices are the foundation for Indian cooking. They can transform any dish into a tasty meal and give life to even the simplest ingredients.
Ground spices loose their flavor more quickly than whole spices. So it’s a good idea to get whole spices in larger quantity and then make ground spices or spice blends in smaller quantities. Usually ground spices stay good for 4 to 6 months and whole spices be good for a year.

nan i am startred shawarma shop hpw many maslas added eg 5 kg chicken how many quatity added masalas

The ratio of masala depends upon how much spicy you want to serve to your customers. So let's say if you are using 1 Kg chicken then ideally 100-150gm of masala would be enough. It would not be very spicy and can be handle by all type of customers. I hope you have understood the ratio. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for watching the video.
