These guys were awesome. Should've been way bigger. Their first two albums are thrash masterpieces.
Twisted Into Form is a good album but not even close to Forbidden Evil. So they gave us one great album, not two.

First time I Heard this song in 1992, me & my freind were at the mall, camelot music & pretty much anywhere wed go looking for music, & we would often look at Forbiddens cassette & would always look for the song "Charlies so blind" ... we didnt know the title, & thats what we thought the name of it was.
Their first 2 albums are amazing , pure thrash 🤘🏻

I remember seeing these guys at Hayward's Centennial Hall. They were awesome!!!! Too bad they didn't get the recognition they deserved like alot of Bay Area thrash bands.

Saw them in Phoenix mason jar 89 I think. Went to bathroom at 7 eleven across the street before the show and was like GODDAMN somebody blasted this place up and Russ walked out of the stall.

I think it’s because they were heavier than Metallica, but not quite slayer-heavy. Same with Exodus. It scratched a very particular itch in the Bay.

You are all wrong. Robb Flynn was in Forbidden when they formed as forbidden evil, then he left forbidden and found Vio-lence, then in the early 1990's, he formed machine head. But he did co-write some songs before he left forbidden.
that is not correct. Vio-lence was already formed and they "stole" him from Forbidden.
Forbidden Evil was started by Rob and Craig. Rob left to join Vio-lence.
He was, back when they were FORBIDDEN EVIL
