Everyone talks shit on PPE until the day they wish they used it. I rock safety glasses for most things, goggles when there is any wetness to what I'm working on. Gloves are a must, those Mechaix gloves work great for me. I swear I use more PPE at my own house than I do at work.

Yeah, it's all fun and games until the safety Squints don't work

The best PPE in my opinion comes from 3M. I dont get paid by them, I'm just a huge fan of all their stuff. I've used a lot of different brands through the years and for the last 10 years I've been only using 3m for everything. Their reps have came to shops I've worked at and fitted everyone for safety glasses and respirators. All their stuff is top notch. When your wearing the safety glasses you should only have a max of an 1/8" space anywhere around your face. If you have more anywhere, try a different style. if they touch your face too much they will fog. Spend the money to get what works best because you cant buy new eyes.

Agreed 3M is all we use at my day job. When you get hurt, you feel dumb. when you get hurt wearing cheap gear, you feel cheap and really dump.
