My name is Lucy, I'm a 25-year-old girl from the Netherlands, and I'm here to offer an alternative approach to beauty.
On this channel I do mostly hair tutorials where I show you how to braid, pin and style your own hair. I recreate hairstyles from movies & tv shows and I regularly come up with my own, which I love to share with you!

These are actually really helpful! The last couple years I have been growing out my pixie haircut that I had for about five years and now it is bra strap length. Having really short hair for so long I pretty much forgot how to style it. From watching your videos I have learned how to French braid, Dutch braid, do twists, different ponytails, and some updos. I think the messy style also gives a nice learning curve. Much love and thanks from the states! 💕

(I have naturally curly hair, but I straighten it.) So, when it's straight it looks very similar to yours because I have bangs. However I am a side parter and that last hairstyle I do on a semi-regular basis, except I side part it and then make that low bun on the side opposite from my side parting. :)

MrsAlba94 it’s not English at all we never use it! It derives from ‘bangtail’ which was used to refer to a horses tail trimmed straight. It’s an American term. We use ‘fringe’

not related to the video but still hair related; should i cut my hair if im more on the curvier side and also very short (4'10-5'0 ish) or would it make me look bigger ??
I know I'm not loepsie but from what I've seen it made people look bigger, however it can still look good and it variates from every person, maybe you would look very nice with shorter hair, maybe even ask a hairdresser for help if you're scared

I do the first one a lot but I put a little more effort into it and it doesn’t look messy like hers 😊
obviously your hair is thinning out thats why you're sticking to the curly girl method even though you are a 100% sure that ur hair is straight with almost no texture .. to put all the aggressive styling on hold .. dont you think out of integrity that after an archive of videos of "how to do's" you should come out and tell people why exactly you stopped doing them?
I didn't stop doing hairstyling videos, I'm doing the curly girl method for a month to see what happens, that's all. I'll go back to my old ways afterwards. My hair isn't thinning more than it has been as far as I'm aware, and if that was the "true reason" I don't see why I'd try to hide it as I was very open about my hairloss in the past 🤨
