Brother this shop is near my house.. They serve the best kachori in the town.. And generally its the bhaji (the curry) thats special here.. And you can take unlimited refill of the bhaji !

Onion and garlic has property which distracts you from your purpose in negative way.
So that's why many people avoid it
It is the Jains who bought this problem for Hindus , 😂. Onion and garlic are very essentially needed for eating for good health. But since these fellow eat too much Masala and spice , they end up gastro - fart, burp all the time . They visit doctors only for these issues. 😂

and by organic he doesnt mean literally organic he meant to say "SATVIK", there is a difference. With organic he cannot sell it so reasonable unless he is doing literal charity. and this is not an automobile company that he can sell cars for cheap but make the money back with service and mods.
I don't know what is there to flash about 0% oil in curry. You are consuming kochuri which is fried in oil. And anything you eat with kochuri always taste good because kochuri is spiced and fried in oil. So Why the curry is a big deal without oil ? You can mash few boiled potatoes with red salt and black pepper and eat with kochuri but that is not healthy.
If I eat kochuri , I will have real curry but no BS of 0% oil or no spice.
