Yes....I lived in NYC for 7 years and the only part I miss about it is that exact feeling she described so beautifully. It is magical, and I never got tired of walking down the streets and seeing the skyline. Never. Everywhere else I've ever lived eventually becomes "normal" and you stop noticing the views. Even mountain views that I've had many times. But NY is different in that way...I'll never move back by choice, but this video would be what I'd watch if I am ever forced to for any reason in my future

I have one of those metal things in my bathroom. I use it to store toilet paper and wipes. I love the apartment. There is so much character there and not like the same old bougie apartments in the high rises. I love an apartment with character and color. Well done

So….I just happened upon your channel five minutes ago. It’s 3:50 am and I sat down with my coffee and turned on TH-cam as I always do. And got invited into a friends’ apartment in New York City! Got a very relaxing intimate tour. Chuckled and oooed a lot at the decor and the little nuances of a really cool space. And PRAYED that the rent doesn’t go up and my new friend can stay right where she is for as long as she likes. I live in a little town in Montana just a short drive from Missoula. I also grew up in Southern California and moved to Santa Cruz at 22 where I lived 35 years. Big sky country owns my heart now. Well friend….my coffee is getting cold so I’ll say so long for now. Omg, I love that little circle Bird decor, whatever you call that. My living room at least has very Earth Tone 70s vibes also, but it's a big wide-open space where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all together with vaulted ceilings and I love it. I hate feeling trapped. But I have big, tall walls so I hang a lot of paintings that I have painted, or friends have painted or that I bought, one I actually found in my neighbor's trash that they painted but it had a small hole. All I did was stick a duct tape on the back and you can never tell it had a hole. It matches well with my other paintings, the color scheme. I also have a bird collection, but mine is strictly Owls. I love Owls. I have a whole shrine on my bookshelf for all my owls. I have an owl for my Avatar as you can see. lol I have an owl jar with a succulent growing in it in front of me. I wish we could have Wine with Picture books, that would be fun!
