This isn't for this recipe, but I'd like to share a personal experience.
My son recently dined at an Indian Michelin-starred restaurant, and as soon as he got home, he called his mom.
"Mom, it's not fair. I paid a lot of money to eat at a fancy restaurant, but the food isn't as good as what you make at home. The food there was great, but your food is much better."
I told him, "What do you expect; she is trained by the very best, Venkatesh Bhat."
In a way, I miss eating out because of you. The home-cooked food prepared with your recipes tastes much better than eating out (at least where we live)!
