I absolutely love fall! My husband and I got married in October of ‘83. The piece you’re doing is absolutely beautiful!! I always loved to hear the sound of crunching leaves. Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us!
This is the second video I’m watching. I love your work. Your video calms and inspires me. I just signed up for the free membership as a trial. BTW I love your finger nails.
My Tuscan Red pencils break all the time too. There's got to be something different about that color that makes it more fragile. It's also the most frequently broken in the Verithin set. Glad to know I'm not the only one!
Jennifer, thanks for your patience. Love your tutorial! Steve, great job on your reference photo, it is quite beautiful. Together you make a great blend for your channel. I enjoy how you love each other and it’s evident just in your everyday little interactions. Take care😊
I know im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a way to log back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost my password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me!
@Boone Sergio thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
@Boone Sergio DAMN IT REALLY WORKED! I literally got access to my IG password within about 45 minutes by using the site. Had to pay 15 bucks but definitely worth it :) Thanks so much you saved my ass :D
Your coloring and blending is so beautiful! I'm sure that I will need to refer to this video again as I use your suggestions for blending with Prismacolor pencils. Thanks for sharing your talent with us!
I’ve learned so much just by watching this video! Thank you! I’m heading over to Bliss right now to cruise thru your site. Hopefully, I can get signed up for some of your classes. Love your enthusiasm, kind heart, and smile.....and Rose! Blessings to you and your family.
Hi guys! So glad we get to see you today. Yes, I guess all of TH-cam went down yesterday - ee gads! Jennifer, so fun seeing U blend! U are my first ‘blending’ Professor, & I remember your practices daily. Many thanks. 🐶🤓
Love so much look at your videos... Your voice is so calminng, relaxing, a balm for my proven nerves.. I like the way you use those colors... I use the proper neutral prismacolor pen to finally blend the colors, i just have to be very careful because it leaves an opaque layer over all the colors i use it on, and after that is quite impossible to do any add or correction... I just have to be "awake" 😂 Thanx for your video, i think you are very talended artist! Oh and sorry for my english, i am italian.. A big ciao and a hug from the country of sun 🇮🇹👍
Thanks for sharing skills with colored pencils! I like the other tools you demonstrate, but colored pencils are what I like the best. They can do so much, and I want to learn it all! Thanks again. Susan M
Hi Jennifer, thanks for your explanation on blending colourin pencils. I would love to learn more, but as I live in South Africa $5 is not that amount to me, unfortunately, so nice that you gave some help. Love your water or dew drop. Looks so real.
I already applied... ;) I want them so bad. It would really cheer me up after pregnancy loss. But even if I don't win I would be happy for someone. I like what you did with your hair Jennifer, looks refreshed and different. :)
Thank you for these vids, but I just found you and I would LOVE to see how you did the rain drops on the green leaf. Can you give a link to where you colored that and also that background with the distressed inks? I had never heard of those and your background is beautiful. I don’t enjoy doing backgrounds so I have never looked into it, but I would love to know how you did this background!
You really should get a Tim Holtz spray bottle which was developed to do this technique of making dots on a distressed background. You will get smaller dots of different sizes. You can watch Tim Holtz do this on his U-tube channel.
Thanks Jennifer! I’m thinking If you would have used the Distress OXIDE inks, that you might have gotten the effect you were going for. The Distress Oxides have become wildly popular since they debuted like 4 or 5 years ago? because they are more active when mixed with water than the regular Distress. You probably have some of the Oxides? But if you don’t, I would try some of the browns, antique yellows and sepia colors if you want to add “old or stained paper look” to you projects. They really do give such great effects! Using tea and coffee can also give paper an aged and distressed look.
Hello, I am fairly new to the coloring world and would like to know if you have a list of the colors that you keep in 3’s. Like you mentioned in this video, you have them in your case with light, med, dark shades etc. I think your set up is very interesting. Do you have a video showing how you have your prisma colors set up in the cases? Do you do this same thing with all your different brands of pencils? I have many sets of pencils and would like to know. Thanks so much!
JEN How did you get the water droplets on the green mapple leaf top right and yellow top left. I didnt see you makecolor them, and thy are not already on the coloring page. Im in the bliss partners but having troubling geting the link to get into the class. So i have to watch when posted a couple days later. i feel behind. i hope Steve figures the link out. thanks for sharing and ur knowledge.
I have your pad of paper that has multiple kinds of paper included. Which kind of paper are you using? Is it in that sketch book? I love how the background turned out! It’s perfect
No wonder I could not find it! I liked the background better without the water droplets. I guess it’s good to take risks with different media. I need the prismacolor pencils so bad!
All Prisma Color Pencils are not equal. I was using only Prisma Color pencils. Some time around 1996 they changed the pencils. Now you can find Prisma Color Scholar -which are not the same as before - just about everywhere, Walmart etc. I was wondering if you mentioned the difference on one of your videos. When I found out about this change I went out and bought every old box I could find. (The velvet boxes) The old pencils had more pigment than the new less expensive ones.
if money was no object but you could only buy one set, which brand of pencil would you purchase? Prismacolor or Polychroms? Thanks. P.S. I just joined!! :)
Ok Jenn, now I'm very intrigued. I live in the Rocky Mountains. The closest major town or city would be Ft Collins, CO. Where are you? Are we neighbors?. Sending love and blessings
Would so love to win the prismacolor pencils to replace the ones that was stolen from my family's stash instead of borrowing my friend's set. I'd love to have our own set someday
That realistic leaf was BEAUTIFUL!!! I really loved the way it turned out.
I love watching your dog relax on her pillow, as much as i love watching you color a page! ❤😁 thank you for sharing your techniques! 👍
🥰🥰🥰 Rose dreaming🥰🥰🥰 playing with bunnies🥰She adorable 😘😘
I love how Steve helps you with all this. My hubby would not have the foggiest idea and can’t really see color
I watched you a day last , but I need to watch today on 3 colors.
I absolutely love fall! My husband and I got married in October of ‘83. The piece you’re doing is absolutely beautiful!! I always loved to hear the sound of crunching leaves. Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us!
I'm so awestruck at those dew drops and your stunning colouring skills. You have so much patience to shine the wreath. 😍😍😍
I love how you painted the multicolored leaf
I just started watching you paint. I usually paint with watercolor but have sometime use acrylic paint.
This is the second video I’m watching. I love your work. Your video calms and inspires me. I just signed up for the free membership as a trial. BTW I love your finger nails.

I've been coloring with markers so much lately, I have forgotten how beautifully these pencils blend! Thank you!!
Your video filming / angles / lighting are superior and makes viewing enjoyable. Fun project that makes me want to learn and do more coloring.

Neons glow n black light.... love them!
"Oddball orange" with the neon yellow is the prettiest leaf on the page. Jen you called it!
I like colored pencils but I love using makers because I like how vibrant they make my pictures look 🙂

I love the dew drops! And your leaves are beautiful.
I love it when you added the dark brown in the back ground.

Wow you did great tutorial👩🎨👱♀️
Jennifer I LOVE your hair!!!
Such talent Jennifer
who doesn't want a set of Prismacolor pencils...including me!! I need to go print out this page and get to coloring!

Great video and info and coloring. Thanks!
I really hav to try this, it looks so easy! Thank you for another splendid tutorial!
Tuscan red is also my favorite and my most problematic pencil with constant breakage. I just keep buying new ones.

Thank you for your tips and beautiful coloring. Hi Rose. Would love to win the pencils
Looks so pretty the reference picture was a good help.
Are the Prismacolors are like watercolors? I do watercolors and would love to try the prismacolors and see Fl it’s similar?

Oh wow sweet
That is so cool! Would love to win the pencils
thank you so much. Happy I found this!
Thank you for the free pages.
Where can I find a pencil sharpener like your little gold metal one you use?
You will have so much more fun with the Oxide ink pads and water! That's where the magic happens. They are pigment and die. Amazing.
I have your pad of paper that has multiple kinds of paper included. Which kind of paper are you using? Is it in that sketch book? I love how the background turned out! It’s perfect
