What App where you connecting? Common problems include your account not being able to send audit logs (for instance Jira needs an Enterprise account) or faulty security settings. If you are sure that the app you are connecting support audit logs on your account I would suggest redoing the AppFabric connection from the start - maybe you have a typo 👻 Good luck 👍
