I play (when I play) mostly tier 5 and 6. For me it's more interesting, except for the O-I and KV-2 and occasional tier 7-8 match up. Seems there are more "real" tanks vs the upper tier fantasy tanks.

Yeah the Hellcat got hit so hard with the nerf bat & never properly recovered. Shame it's basically a scout with a fair gun. I predict the M44 will be the hands down winner tomorrow.
SU-100Y will make you credits because you won't be using it's Gold ammo. It has terrible concealment for a TD though so getting spotted early in the game is bad...really bad.
SU-100Y will troll the hell out of you for 5 games or more then you a game you can work with. But it's also fun to get up close and shove that gun right in someones face.
I had to stop watching the second game, the WZ player would zoom in on an enemy tank, then move, his bloom would blossom out, THEN he would shoot, I started to get motion sickness from all of his zooming in and out.
At 9:50 ... the T78 should have bailed from his position... all south and then east. From there he could have defended the cap from a superior defensive position. I'm missing the JagdPzIV from the list. Needs buff. Also. You mentioned if tanks run out of ammo. That explains the hellkitty a bitty; it's got only 32 shots or so. Run out multiple times with that.
True, but arty has to shoot at what is lit and there's always some heavies right there just begging to be farmed. With such long load times it doesn't make any sense to be taking blind shots at a TD that "might" be there, especially when he moves a lot and the heavies just sit there begging to be shot!

However it is undeniable that artillery know of the obvious td locations and wouldn't have to blind shoot at them all. If their heavies are pushing up say, the right flank, and are taking hits from a hidden td, it's not difficult for arty to figure which bush might be hiding the culprit as there will only be 1 or 2 possible locations. Now, whether an arty would want to blind shoot them would depend on a number of factors from ammunition still on board to a general non-interest in supporting a push for more tempting and visible targets elsewhere.
When the british turretless td line came out in one battle on the mountain pass map I got 13,500 blocked damage in the AT2 in a tier 6 game and won (had the derp gun), even though I was last left alive against 7 and had half of my team telling me to suicide, ah the good old days, still have a recording of it somewhere, should have put it on wot replays.
On the second game it appeared that when he stopped behind bushes... the bushes disappeared and did not become opaque when in sniper mode. (See 16:11, 16:25). Was that a mod or am I missing something?
If I wasn't broke buying pay-to-win premiums, I would be willing to bet money that at least 9/10 or 10/10 of the highest damage tier 6 arty games will be the M44.
I love my AT8. It can take on a T28 and still survive. I got it because its hilarious against same or lower tiers. Just train all on repairs and load the repair kit - or whatever they call it now and get the spall liner . Top gun on this tank hits hard and has fast reload. I'm going to go get a cookie now. 🍪
There is not one thing good about the tank..... great armor??? yah if you don't hit the coupla... why would you not shoot the coupla? it can be see, 360 degrees around the tank. This and many British tanks, are utter jokes. Archer, TOG, Junkhills, Crapavans... on and on. Sissy gun, sissy engines, sissy commander voice. I bet there is a mount for a purse inside those tanks.
Not surprising the AT8 has most blocked damage, I had a super game a couple of years ago in mine but also not surprising that it is not in the highest damage because it has a puny gun that is "death by a thousand cuts"!

Just got the Cromwell and comet soon BUDDY. Fv301. One by one. Talk to DOGGER had a nice scope session on castilla. 5 TANKS hit. Was cool. Like third mission
I could never get on with the T78. I'm frankly surprised because my favourite TDs I've tried so far (only gone up the russian and german trees) is actually the Nashorn with the tier five german death toaster (can't remember it's actual name) a close second. They're the only vehicles I've aced multiple times and both have given me my highest number of kills per game (a 10 kill Pools medal and kolobanov's with the death toaster and 2 9 kill Radley Walter's and 2 henlov's with the Nashorn). Damage wise I've managed to reach just shy of 4,000 several times.
The most broken, IMO, is the E25 at T7. Thankfully few people have it, so you'll never see it at the top of the videos. But it's the T7 equivalent of an EBR in that in the hands of a good player, it wrecks the enemy's team. T6 - probably the Hellcat. It's effectively a M41 at T6 and is really OP.
at 8 is great tank tier for tier, it only lacks speed/mobility but you choose your tanks..every tank has a weak spot. and his best gun is great (150/171 in 4 sec) !
prediction for tomorrow: m44 is as broke as broke can be. great speed. great reload time. great aim time. powerful enough gun. one of the few arties that can actually defend itself. the only negative is that the new update took away some of the equipment that can be loaded onto it to further reduce aim time and concealment.
WG great customer support. On the 5/8/2020 I had well over 5000 bonds. Today when I logged on I noticed that I only had 318 bonds. Thinks the WZ was using an aim-bot o.0 If you watch his 2nd last shot, when he swung the gun around, it already said, "Ready to fire", and his aim circle wasn't on the SPG.. I call shenanigans ;-p
The AT its out of the game trying to play catch up most of the time so many games I didn't even shoot cause its to slow to keep up with the team had some good games but also a lot of games I could not keep up
My favourite was SU-100 with 122mm gun! I use to make 13 kills with it!!! But WG nerf it and now is struggling to make 1 hit from 6 shots, but before was 1 miss from 6 shots! And this happens with all Russian TD, they are impossible to play and I stop playing...

I've been playing for nine months and am far from an amazing player (got a positive win and kill/death ratio but nothing spectacular) but I have had a couple of miraculous/amazing games, one being, like you, had a rare heart warming game with 2 teammates (we weren't platooned and didn't know each other) where, through actual teamwork we managed to win from a 3 versus 12 scenario. Indeed our three musketeers were responsible for all our team's kills, killing 5 enemies each and all surviving the battle with one shot's worth of health left. Probably my favourite game I've had, the only other being getting my only Pool's and Kolobanov's medal with a frankly miraculous carry in none other than the german tier 5 death toaster, a performance I've never come even close to repeating.
So playing TD's makes WOT all about agricultural holdings, crop rotation and animal husbandry. Ooo arrr, where's mi pitchfork. Cry havoc on a tractor, mayhem with a combine harvester. Just get behind a bush and do yer business. Now, excuse me, but I've got to do some scrattlin' down Ticklepenny Corner.
Well Hellcat is rather annoying to play since they nerfed it years ago, turret traverse that makes you fall asleep, and crap hull traverse and meh gun stats. No let us just not nerf one stat or two, nerf everything. Just look at the marder, you just think about moving the gun and the reticle blooms out like an arty, it used to be like FCM 36 pak 40.

I used to love my Hellcat before the nerf. Stopped playing it at that point and went to the T-67
I actually like the tortoise! I dont know about the badger ive got 5 or 6 tier 10 tanks unlocked but just not the credits to buy even 1

Torty is the only AT that feels good; it's never going to be competitive, but sometimes you get idiots who try a DPM slug and its hilarious.

the WZ didnt shoot when he was getting hit because he wasnt spotted. He only got hit because the OI was using him as spaced armor.

On the EU server the AT-8 has the top dmg game!
And it's tiny little gun has 171 standard pen at tier 6.
Back when I played it, if you backed into a cave the high rate of fire really could make big damage totals, until people figured out the cupola.

The Jackson is more powerful in doing damage then the Hellcat. Same gun but the Jackson can reload almost 4 seconds faster then the Hellcat.
You have to consider everything, concealment, mobility...

Why is the WZ driver lifting his aim at the last second before firing? I have seen multiple people on this videos doing this.
The Hellcat used to be a lot better before the big nerf. It's premium ammo used to do over 100mm more pen then it's AP rounds.

Why, at critical moments in the end-game, is arty always driving around?
You can soon redo the whole series as there is big changes in the game. I really hate them, but will definitely enjoy the whole series again!
And at tier 5 I predict Leffy, T67, KV1, and then I'm not sure

t6 tds are balanced in relation to their own class, outside though........
