I dont want to use other scroll saw artists work. Id like to have my prodjects to be totally my idea. Do you have any recommendations on tutorials for making my own compound scroll saw patterns? An UPDATE to the video. I left out part of a step. When selecting multiple objects you have to hold down the shift key as you click the object. In the video, I show adding a bridge between the letters. To union that bridge, you have to select the rectangle bridge and the main body of the pattern together, Hold the shift key as you click.

I see you have done videos using gimp and inkscape. I would like to just use one program for any type of pattern. I'm not sure if this is possible to accomplish. What is your opinion? Thanks in advance for your time. BTW it doesn't haft to be just these two programs.
