What is Vecna? | Stranger Things - Season 4

Up until Season 3, Stranger Things was in my view a very fine show. Highly overrated, not at all one of the bests, but an undeniably good series. And although the trailer for Season 4 seemed to announce its downfall, the season itself came for me as quite a surprise. For the very reason I thought it was going to be the worst one so far became what in my opinion elevated the show to a whole new level, one I didn’t imagine it could reach before. This reason is the season’s main antagonist, the mysterious and powerful entity known as Vecna; or, more particularly, what he is meant to represent.
