I remember hopping over rocks and evading the dirt back when I was in elementary, and then also playing a few tricks on my little brothers after showing them the movie, it's one of the best childhood monster movies out there in my opinion
I'm the the artist who works on the artworks for Artic, I'm so happy that you like the amazing action figure Artic made, he is such a great sculptor! And of course I'm so glad you like my artworks i did for his action figures!
Thank you Andy for reminding us, that this figure is still available. The only bad thing about this Graboid is the price, but it is an awesome figure (look, paintshop, articulations, the tongues, the worker, package,...). I ordered now one on the ETSY-Shop. From now their are only 6 once available. Regards Chris
If you're interested in more Tremors figures, a collection of gachapon capsule figurines were released in Japan. They're very small, the largest is only about 3" long, but they're very detailed, with interchangeable mouth parts. The set consists of the entire Graboid life cycle, including an egg, baby graboid, adult graboid, shrieker, and ass-blaster. There's also a special edition that includes the albino graboid "El Blanco". You can find the full set on eBay for around $80 - $100.
Great review. The Graboid price is about double the price of a Nanmu dinosaur. Trivia: In TREMORS, Ariana Richards played Mindy Sterngood, the girl on the pogo stick, and in JURASSIC PARK, she played Lex Murphy.
gonna have to agree w/ the comments... $200 is a big ask for an 8" non-scale figure. i would've jumped on a 1/18 scale one for that price. best of luck to Artic, i love Tremors and i hope these sell thru.
Starting to wish he was an Animorphs fan…would love to see articulated Andalite, Hork-bajir and Taxxon figures Still would love Andy to get the tri Rex figure too
I love Tremors movie. Some of the sequels were OK, but the first one was the best, plus the TV show rocked. I like the figure, but the let down is it is quite small. The Graboud should be masive
I don’t even know Tremor exist until I watched your video and Artic Figure’s Graboid figure. I just watched Tremor 1996, I must say it’s very good monster-film and I pretty enjoy it
I fell in love with the original trilogy, including the prequal. The rest of them, however, didn't really sit well with me. The original designs for example are good, due to them leaning more into a realistic look. While 5-7's Graboid design lean too far from the originals, making them feel more alien with the same behaviors. Shrieker's in Shrieker Island are sort of a different story. Assblaster's, however, definitely prove my point. This is just my opinion of course, and that figure is so nostalgic!!
I thought about getting it but that price is to much I wanted to get it because I love Tremors them films are amazing and this hyped me up until I saw the price
Any chance Artic Figures will make El Blanco the Albino Graboid from Tremors 3 & The Series or will he stick with this version only? Plus I've been wanting to see and get a Graboid action figure for years myself. And will Artic Figures still be mass producing this figure or is it a limited edition? Bcuz I definitely plan to get one of these later in the future.
Nice review Andy! I also ordered one right before they went out of stock and i think it will be arriving around December so its gonna be a Christmas gift lol
Since you feature figures of fictional saurians like The Beast from 10,000 fathoms, Crater Lake Monster, and now graboids, will you be reviewing Godzilla figures?
you got a Graboid figure on Artic what about other tremor figures Shrieker figure and do not say Assblaster you shoud say Butblasters figure and Dirt Dragon figure and African Graboid figure and Grabbers figure and African Butblasters figure
Well unfortunately when you're an individual creator like Artic Figures it takes a lot of time and money to create stuff like this. If he had a factory mass producing figures it would be far cheaper but he has to purchase the resin(he uses a very high quality resin as well) then print it out, assemble the model and all of its articulated joints, print out and assemble the artwork, the box, pay the artist who he commissions the artwork from and then spend a long, long time painting the models. That's a lot for one person. So that's why you usually find price tags on the higher side when it comes to stuff like this. There is a mountain of work and finances that go into it on his part.

Haha I used to do the same!!! I always wanted to try pole vaulting from one rock to another. I think now as an adult I might actually try it. 🤔🤔

You make stranger thing vids so stop lying
@@Sussysigmarizz69 no he made the artwork collector-card for Artic Figure, not the figure itself 🤦🤦🤦
Thank you for your work I placed an order for tremors figure month or so ago.. I've asked for updates and heard nothing... any help is appreciated!

That’s because Artic Figure made his figures by himself

This is one the very first movie monsters I saw when I was 4-5 years old!
I really love this movie and series when I was a child. Can't even miss one episode. I hope legendary pictures can reimagined this movie.
The Graboids are one of My favorite Monsters 🐛
Congratulations Artic and Andy!!
Wow the sculpt work and paint job is stunning!
I'm still sooooo excited for the larger one 😊 I always wanted a graboid figure. And I just keep making them with non dryable clay.
I hope that Artic Figure will release 1/18 scale Graboid figures, and hopefully he will make Shrieker, Ass-Blaster or the characters in Tremor as well
So the graboid is a mutated prehistoric worm now that’s something I didn’t know
Starting to wish he was an Animorphs fan…would love to see articulated Andalite, Hork-bajir and Taxxon figures

Man I really wanted this one! Wasn’t expecting $200 though. Still gonna hope for a NECA someday lol
Judging by neca’s standards, you may be waiting a while. Much hope though.
$200.00 for that thing geshhh 😱😱😱 it's not even that big. Kinda looks like a burnt crusaunt.

Artic Figure: Let me introduce myself
That particular you're so amazing that I can't stop looking at it 😻
And by the way I've seen the movie tremors
Amazing, no doubt! But the price…. Yikes!!

Can anyone please answer me and do y’all know where to buy these ???? I really wanna buy one please someone tell me
You can’t.
The only way you can get one now is if you 3d print it with a resin printer and the files are free to make up for the problems people had

That's awesome! Great timing haha! You'll definitely love it!
@@andysdinosaurreviews thanks its always been a dream! I’ve made countless concepts for a graboid figure lol. And yes that is great timing

@@andysdinosaurreviews While you make a good point I still disagree with the price plus the printer does the sculpting for him.
It still takes time to get it laid out right in the computer software. It’s virtual sculpting
