Its basically: Don' let a faction get up to 30 members, you hover over one of the 4 factions to see how many people have a problem with 1 of 4 issues. Blame a faction for that issue and all the people who have a problem with it will come and attack the faction you chose, reducing their numbers. keep it up for 5 minutes and you win all that info is stated in like 30 seconds, from 1:21 to 1:52, I don't see how that could be considered long or boring
