Well, our dinner tonight was testaroli with sundried tomatoes. And I made a Tuscan meatloaf. Thank you for the recipe. I forgot we cannot post photos on TH-cam however, the recipe was easy and delicious. I wished I’d had some of your goat cheese. Instead, I used a goat cheese from Oregon.
