If anyone knows how to contact them directly that would be incredibly helpful! Some victims of abuse lash out because it's their only defence mechanism. As a fellow victim of abuse I went through the same. Without Adora around to help her out she has no way to regulate her emotions so of course she's going to act like this. I've lost a lot of friends because of this, they didn't understand what I was doing just as much as I did back then. Took me a long time to figure out what was happening, it would have taken me probably my whole life if I didn't have access to the internet. They both have trouble with their emotions but Glimmer actually has some emotional regulation. So actually it's not the same. Your comment shows that your not safe place for victims of abuse unless they are shy type of scared. That's okay, I recommend looking for information on abuse and it's effects on children, then rewatch the show.

I never said that Catra’s actions are not understandable, I said nothing to belittle or dismiss the abuse she went through. Im simply pointing out that that does not suddenly shield Catra from consequences to her actions. Its particularly bizarre to be angry with Glimmer but not with Catra in this situation considering that Glimmer does not even know about the abuse Catra went through. As far as Glimmer is aware, Catra is being an asshole because she likes it. Catra has never given her any indication to think otherwise.
