- Didn't know that MPs were allowed to sing in Parliament.
But this guy has a decent voice - "Hello Speaker my old friend."
Hon David Templeman, Parliament of Western Australia.

Here is what I think he sang. I am not sure about the sewerage part, can't make that out.

I have come to talk with you again
It's a story of some downs and ups
Of the eagles and their premiership cup
Of a year which finished with our share of the GST, for our Treasury
That's been the year, in Parliament
The legislation programmes' grand
Plastic bags have now been banned
We have now got sewerage bar out the front
Looking like an Opposition stunt
Members keep giving speeches that no one understands, some good some bland
That's been the year in Parliament
And in this Parliamentary Hall
Are a dozen members maybe more
Members talking without speaking
Members hearing without listening
Members giving speeches that no one ever hears, and no one cares
That's what it's like in Parliament
So Mr Speaker close the gate
Do it now lest it is too late
Get the crayfish and the sparkling wine
All the members form a congo line
And the Christmas message is written on the Parliamentary walls
And the Christmas Balls

@@guitarsingaporeRapture Bollards are placed to restrict traffic or for safety from terrorist vehicles. These bollards were constructed from concrete sewerage pipes.

This is how parlementarians should interact with each other.
Some politicians in the USA seems to be fueled by hatred and anger. How do they even enjoy their job?
Australians are so lucky to have David Templeman. I wish there was a David Templeman or likes of him in the Pakistani parliament which is indeed a cesspool
