- Linda Schaefer's stories about magical encounters. This was one with an angel on a plane to India, when he told her she would embark on an important project with Mother Teresa. This was her destiny. It was only later, on her drive to Puttaparthi, that she realized se had been in the presence of an angel

I believe the gentleman you spoke to on that flight was an Angel. Absolutely, 100%. I believe I had an encounter with an Angel once. The feeling I had afterwards was indescribable, it was like I knew deep within my soul I had an angelic encounter of which I have NEVER forgotten and will remember for the rest of my life. When it happens to you, you just know.

That was very moving, and I know that angels are real because they saved my life and the life of others, twice. I'll try to keep this short through.
The first time in the 70's my husband and I were taking his mother to catch a plane back to Canada, and we were traveling in the fast lane probably close to 65 or whatever, and I had my new little girl on my lap in the front seat back then, seat belts were not in use like they are Today... and as we were traveling all the sudden I got very anxious and I saw this Vision in front of me of us crashing and the baby going through the windshield; I'm not going to go into details, but it was pretty horrible, so then the others were looknh at me being so anxious, and I started looking around, and then I saw it..my Vision! There was a man in the fast lane with his car stoped, and he was standing by the trunk of his car waving!.
And here we came barreling along, but I saw it in enough time and I screamed at the top of my lungs, Stop! Stop! We stopped just in front of him...😳 and I said a prayer for someone behind us who managed to stop ok...to help the man, because we were running late already getting my mother-in-law to her flight. But I know that was my angel warning me of this terrible accident that could have been. Story two:
The second one was with my daughter who was around 14 and we wanted to visit a place in Westport Connecticut; a coffee shop we liked, and she asked me if we could do so, and I said yes I guess we can, and we pulled off Exit 42 going to Westport and as I got on the ramp this voice within me, a man's voice very deep, and pronounced.. meaning very serious, said to me in my spirit; keep the speed you are going and do not speed up, and I believe in angels.. and I'm like a little kid with this, wanting to listen, and I said okay.
Meanwhile Miriam didn't know what was going on inside my spirit, and so I proceeded the speed I was and just as we came to the light this old beige car shot across my bow.. must have been doing 60 miles an hour or more, trying to beat the light, and had I been going even a pinch faster, Miriam and I wouldn't be here today most likely. So I'm so grateful that I listened!

I had two experiences like yours Patricia, both the same place, God warning me to not speed up, but to slow down and both times a picture of a vehicle coming across (from a quarry), the first time a red car, the second time a truck. it was normal to pick up sleed at this point because it was a steep hill... both times I slowed, rounded the bend, and both times the exact vehicles I could picture came across the busy 4 lane highway. as for me, if I met an possible angel in human form, I would certainly elicit allegience to Jesus from them..

I recall using this tiny video camera balanced on a chair in front of me and trying to stay in the frame - It is always interesting to see how each of us will react to an experience in a completely individual manner. When I boarded that flight in 1995, it was not long after I had lost my husband to cancer. I was exhausted from an extended period of insomnia. That is why I really wanted to have three seats in my desperation for sleep. When this man began to speak to me, the tiredness left, and I felt only love emanating from him. He was not judging me or anyone else on the plane. He was simply reporting - a witness. After we finished speaking, I fell into a deep sleep for three hours, with a sense that I was safe for the first time in a very long time. Our personal witness of an encounter is going to be completely individual. Since God made us to be unique, I believe He speaks to us in a language we can understand. I understood this man with total clarity. Thank God we are not all the same. :)

All you have to do is ask him to show you or just ask for what you need with all your heart and believe..he will answer. You just need to pay attention, he will answer/show you, just don’t miss the signs or write them off as coincidence. You’ll be amazed and feel so blessed when you realize your prayers have been answered. Signs also come in many forms, you can look them up. Like numbers etc..God Bless

Company A to Z means that he works for the "Alpha and the Omega." First letter of the Greek Alphabet and the last letter of the Greek Alphabet. The English equivalent would be "A to Z." Naturally, the Alpha and the Omega has offices and angels on every corner of the planet helping people. Great story!

LindaYou are very brave, to tell the story, there are still a lot of narrow minded, dogmatic fanatic religious people out there just like those that put Christ on the cross, because they new what it was right and Jesus was wrong. I thank Jesus every day fro that. I believe your story, it did happened a similar story to me, he was Indian as well . What he told me 25 years later turned out to be true.

Ok people maybe she was speaking figuratively instead of literally. Example: my dog that passed away was an angel. She was an angel in my eyes. This person that sat next to her on the plane was an angel in her eyes in her time of need.

myrealsalt no. However, if we look for positive influences in our lives and if our search for authentic meaning in life, we attract that which is good and recognize that which is not. This is not to say that we won’t be tested along the way or make mistakes in judgement. God knows I have made plenty of poor decisions.

Linda Schaefer God’s love is strong but the Bible says to test every spirit so we are not deceived. Good exist therefore evil exists as an opposing force. There are things God expects us to do which allows us to resist evil. We are not to walk blindly into the dark. We are to be wise. No different from locking your doors at night or wearing a seatbelt. There is a reason God have us a brain.
myrealsalt I would love to hear about your experience. My preference is to dive into the ocean and experience life. That is how we develop discernment. Perhaps you are a teacher/ pastor/ student. We can read and then we must experience. I have gone through the depths of hell with a dying husband. I had malaria and nearly died. I have been on a very long journey. That is my path. What is yours?

I believe that jesus does visit us in spirit through other people who are firm believers of the christian faith he is testing us to see if we have the fruits of the spirit that christ mentality and spirit of loving others as ourselves and showing mercy.
That guy might not have been an Angel but rather someone GOD is using to get to you.

Thank you for your insight Kathryn. Now that I am back in the U.S., I plan to begin recording more videos. Personally, I needed a direct encounter from a messenger, angel...I was not clear about my direction at that time, and in that experience I was shown without a doubt that my mission was to travel to Calcutta and document the work of Mother Teresa. As he remarked, I often abandon projects because of my own lack of confidence, but because of this message, I have never stopped pursuing this mission. In terms of what that encounter could mean to others, I truly believe that we are all born with a gift(s) and it is our duty to be of service...because it is in giving that we receive. Not everyone is born to be a Mother Teresa, but her emphasis on compassion and service, applies to us all. Each one of us can have an "encounter" whether it is in our hearts or through a person. Each day is an opportunity to become better versions of ourselves. I also believe that in the depths of our desolation we will find equal consolation. Somehow, I was willing to suffer much in life in order to develop greater compassion and understanding. It is an invitation from God whether we say "Yes," "No," or "Maybe."

You definitely found out that there is/are someone(s) somewhere out there that is/are aware of you and care about you. And they want us to care about, love and help each other and ourselves. I wish something like this would ever happen to me. I so much need a sign I'm not alone in all I am going through and have been all my life. I so desperately keep looking for someone or something and I'm running out of strength, courage and hope.

There is no hard and fast rule on the ministry of angels. Most times you dont even need to pray for their encounter it just happens.
I've had an encounter once it was a phone call (an unknown number and numbers masked, so I couldn't verify or return the call), a female (unrecognisable) voice and I remember praying after the encounter "...I believe Lord, pls help my unbelief" I also remember turning to the bible and the very first passage that leapt off the pages was that of Mary telling the angel, how could this be... seeing that I am a virgin... Luke 1:34.
So believe it or not, angelic encounters happen all the time. It can still happen to you even if/when you dont believe it.

If you truly believe in God then there is absolutely no reason not to believe in guardian Angels, because our dear Lord makes sure that they are there for his children, especially at the most scariest and difficult time, when all else fails and faith is strong, in other words just Believe. Amen
Maybe he was maybe he wasn't. An angel will never lie to you. I have several friends who have been to India and there are a remarkable number of what we call sidewalk swamis (really good psychics) but they aren't angels. Angels would also never randomly tell you about other people's issues. such as a flight attendant.

This man did not lie to me. I knew when I called the number that it did not exist. Yes, I too have met some sidewalk swamis. We must use discernment in our travels. Who knows if this man was an angel or messenger. The details were far too distinct and specific to be from a fallen angel. :) He only wanted to give me the strength to carry on my lifelong mission. It continues today, and I am grateful to this man for our conversation. I doubt that I would have continued my work if it had not been for those hours on a flight to Mumbai.

Helen, I do believe he has shown up a few times. Always the grey beard and kindly eyes - only dressed differently. Since 1995, I have had different kinds of experiences - first by the "feeling" that spirit was in the room and then more recently an auditory message , yes, on an airplane. It happens less frequently now, but I believe in the spiritual process, we are not meant to have an abundance of these encounters. We need to learn on our own and ultimately find that encounter in our hearts.
A man Alberto has already left a comment that the angel/ man worked for A to Z which he believed was hidden code for Alpha and Omega - One of the titles of God. I thought the very same thing when the women told us. i noticed there was a great deal of anti Catholic comments. Please give me the reasons in biblical terms why you feel like this and i will leave the biblical reason why you are mistaken. Thanks Anita

Demons know all about your past, they are like an army working to pull people away from Messiah Jesus Christ. Angels of God are messengers of God! They come do their mission and go straight back to Heaven. They don't want to hang with humans! They will point you to Jesus! Why would an true angel encourage you to smoke? "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Demonic entities can transform into humans and they are working in full force today to deceive humans!
Hi Elizabeth, with regards to smoking, yes it is bad for you, but did Jesus not say, it's not what goes into a man that makes him unclean, it's what comes out of him. In other words if the man's heart is full of sin, that's what makes him unclean.The angel/man never said anything about smoking, he only said she wouldn't die of cancer. Christ tells us if some one prophesies and it comes true it is from God. We really have to be careful when we judge, in fact we shouldn't judge at all according to scripture. prayer is always the answer if we believe people to be ungodly., or misled.

I am a follower of Christ and I ALMOST agree with you ... Demons don't know ALL about your past ... they are not perfect and their goal is to drag humans to hell with them in the end. That's why this man (referred to in this video), speaking for a demonic spirit, was doing some guessing about names ("begins with an 'R' ", etc.). When the Old Testament "The Angel of the Lord" (Jesus before His incarnation) spoke, He did not guess: He spoke clearly and with authority and without error or guessing or apology.
Years ago a coworker, who had only recently come to Christ, went with her unsaved sisters to a carnival, and her three siblings wanted to have their fortunes read. That demon-possessed fortune teller was able to give those three unsaved women good "guesses" about their past and future lives, but when Letty reluctantly went in for a reading, the frightened medium gave her back her money because she couldn't "see" anything. The Holy Spirit now living in Letty blocked this demonic activity because "greater is He [Christ] that is in you than he [Satan] that is in the world." Don't flirt with the demonic spirit world; it's not sweet and harmless fun.
