I love watching your videos. Like many, I wish I still had my Redlines from when I was a kid. I have been trying to find some decent examples of my favorites. Question! I have ateal Beatnik Bandit in near mint shape. It has a decal on the bottom that says "Ed Big Daddy Roth" with some fine print under it. I would say it measures about "3/8 x"3/4. Know what it might be all about?
I found a photo of a Beatnik Bandit in the blisterpack. Yes, it is that little sticker that was placed on it to give some notoriety to Ed Roth. I met him at a car show in the late 80s. Then I met his son at another show a couple years ago.
Usually too much but the nice thing about old Hot Wheels is they keep going up so if you hold on to them for a bit you can make a few bucks on them. I have been a dealer since the late 80's so I have a great customer base. For most people you would have a hard time finding a collection to buy and the seller would want to much. Then when you try to sell everyone wants only the few best cars. For a regular collector if you can find a collection to buy and get a fair price, you should be able to keep 2 or 3 of the nicest cars and sell the rest to break even.
When it comes to Redline Hot Wheels I will buy any collection that has at least something that I want for my collection. Ok well it has to be a good deal too! Fresh found childhood collections are the best.

On the blister pack correct? That was something that the designer Ed "Big Daddy" Roth required. Got to let people know who he was.
@@toycarcollector I guess I should have stated that the car is loose and the decal is applied to the bottom. Thank you for the info!
