- The Logitech Casa is a really neat pop up desk setup! It includes a trackpad, keyboard, and a laptop stand, and it all folds up to the size of your computer so you can stow it away on a bookshelf when you're done with work for the day. This is a really neat setup that offers great bluetooth peripherals, and a fantastic ergonomic experience.

Crazy money for a keyboard and track pad.... but I'm always still tempted for some reason 😂
Not terrible when you compare to other options.
Is that crazy money? the MX keys mini is like $100. And, the MX Master 3 mouse is also $100. This is $20 less and it also has the stand.
This is a mouse and keyboard for less than that, with the same multiple source tech and also a stand.
I've used the MX keys mini and MX Master 3 for years now. They're outstanding. I wouldn't think twice about buying this if I needed a solution for travel. This and an ipad with a case pretty much as you 100% covered for a legit workstation while you're away from home.
Can't imagine wanting to use this at home (I'd rather a more robust set up). But, this looks MUCH more convenient for working away from home or the office.
Man, logitech is really holding out. Why don't they just sell the trackpad or keyboard separately?
I bet they will make the trackpad separate at some point. This is the first trackpad like this I’ve seen them make.
@@adamtalkstech they had the Touchpad T650 a decade ago but they stopped producing it.
Id just want the pop up book i have a macbook and apple magic key board that could fit
I'd buy the trackpad separately in a heartbeat - there's no competition out there. I'm using a 2nd-hand Apple Magic Trackpad Gen1.
It's a stupid decision, they'd make so much. more money selling it separately. I have no desire for that cheap membrane keyboard as I use a high quality mechanical but I really want the trackpad.
I'm also a mouse user but it seems nice to have a trackpad on the left side.
It is nice, it makes you use your other hand and rest your mouse wrist. Even though I'm left handed I use my right for mice.
If you use something like the MX Master 3 you'll find you don't really need the trackpad functionality. I'm not sure about how often you use the gesture capability on the trackpad (which is awesome). But, the MX Master 3 has gesture control capabilities. It's more like a macro situation where you can trigger the gestures. But, the effect is the same.
I work with multiple monitors and multiple virtual desktops on each monitor. This lets me easily scroll through those and also ... whatever it's called when you use three fingers on the trackpad and scroll up to see all of your virtual desktops at once.
Thank you for your review. I enjoy Logitech devices. I just wish that they had an option to buy parts individually.
5:05 I’m subbing just because I see commentaries in the background :)
You've got sharp eyes. Adam needs to do a review of these NIV-based commentaries. Or at least share the link to where we could buy it, generally interested.
Do you know what degree the angle is?
Is the trackpad a glasstop for it being so premium?
what do you recommend more - the casa pop up desk set up or pebble 2 plus portable stand?
Great review, thank you. It is clear and well detailed. 😊
I wish they just made another version with a mouse/Back light.
I agree. That would be amazing
Amazing review! First timer here; is there any other option you’d recommend especially for an avid traveler? Thanks 🙏
Super helpful, thanks! Is there a stand you recommend for a macbook air in lieu of the all in one set?
I haven’t found one I’m super happy with but I need to get one
touchpad polling rate?, support mac double pression click?
does it work with an ipad pro ?
Does it support the bolt receiver?
Question 🙋🏻♀️. Does it work with a Mac Pro 13”? ( Touch Bar 2021)
Yup!!
can use 4 fingers gestures?
I want a touchpad (separately) and not apple's trackapd! It's crazy that there's no alternative on the market, as if I were the only one who wanted that...
Yeah they need to sell this one separate. It is good.
have you tried fitting the mac keyboard and mac trackpad in those positions? i wonder how it will fit, if they do.
Won’t work
Do the keyboard or trackpad work with Logi Bolt (the Logitech dongle thingy)?
I don't think they do.
How is the ergonomics? Do you have to hunch down or can you adjust the height enough to prevent neck pain?
You can't adjust the height, but I find it to be the perfect height.
Great review, but I think the $180 price point is too steep.
Definitely pricey, but if you buy the apple magic keyboard and magic trackpad its already more $ than this.
Literally creating more clutter than just using the computer alone. Hahaha
True, but it's about the angle of the computer and ergonomics.
@@adamtalkstech ok. I can get behind that!
Cool
