  • This show originally aired on September 14, 1974.
The video quality suffers some from the old VHS recording and digital transfer, but the audio is still pretty good. Sorry for the abrupt ending - some of the show was cut off on the video recording.

I loved hearing Tom Netherton sing, he was a very handsome man who seemed to be very kind and caring towards the others on the show. I was sad to hear that he passed away in 2018. I'm now reading his book and enjoying it.i will miss him . RIP Tom

Never liked "Sing a Song," but enjoyed it when sung by Tanya Fallen. Such a lovely, distinctive voice.

Thank you! Wonderful show! Loved Sandi hosting and her solo on the show. What a beautiful family she has. And Clay Hart on “Why, Me Lord?” I got chill bumps all over me!

The opening number reminds me of the famous Coca-Cola Hilltop commercial from 1971, the year I was born.
Speaking of Coca-Cola, the 50th anniversary will air next year, but with people spaced apart because of the pandemic.
