Uh
Are there still Class 387s operating in this service?
No
What happened to a class 319 its replaced by the class 700
It reminds me of the S stock but the difference is that I like the 700 and I don’t like the S stock.
Why is it so long
Is there any non - desiro trains class 700 in the video
Lubdhak Das yes at 6:50 there is a class 319 next to the class 700
GamingWithZ YT no I said a class 700 with a new motor not the desiro motor
Lubdhak Das there can't be because class 700 is all made by de sire city
GamingWithZ YT no there's one non desiro created in 2017
GamingWithZ YT I'm wrong it's not in that year
Could I understand why Thameslink trains seem to be rather slow in accelerating, decelerating, braking and stopping at the station? Can't it be as fast as the Victoria Line's 2009 stocks? Interested to know why. Love your videos, keep them coming. Thanks
The 2009 stock has ATO (Automatic Train Operation), where the train drives itself to the next station. This results in their faster acceleration and deceleration. Whereas for thameslink trains. they dont have ATO and are manually driven resulting in their slower acceleration.

Thanks for the explanation. Much appreciated! :)

they actually can accelerate quite fast from my experience using them alot
These trains have ATO now between St Pancras and London Blackfriars, they are quite fast at accelerating using overhead wires, you can feel it from Farringdon to St Pancras assuming there is no congestion ahead.
I don't know why they don't brake as hard, perhaps for comfort reasons, these trains are long distance trains as opposed to London Underground where people ride for a few stops and it's meant to be a fast paced service.
Victoria line probably has to brake harshly so that it can keep up the performance of one train every 90 seconds or sometimes less, it's probably not relevant for Thameslink to have trains rushing through the stations every 90 seconds.
love it
Nice Video I like it it look great
