Hello and welcome to this new recipe. Today we bring you a fantastic summer dish. We're talking about maxi linguine with shrimp and a mix of fresh tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes.
This dish is an explosion of flavors: the sweetness of the shrimp with the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes contrasted by the strong flavor of the sun-dried tomatoes makes this dish a real specialty.
You can prepare this summer first course in the time it takes to cook the pasta, and it's very quick. With this shrimp and tomato mix dish, you will conquer the palate of your guests.
Ingredients for three people:
250 g of linguine or thick spaghetti
20 frozen or fresh shrimp
6 cherry tomatoes
6 yellow cherry tomatoes
6 orange cherry tomatoes
3 sun-dried tomatoes
Herbs: chives, parsley, chili pepper, garlic
Pasta cooked al dente
