Be very careful, don't go checking out your ancestors even going back only a few hundred ago or so, you would be in for a great shock with the findings, you might find that you are not so real English, did you not know that we are related to each other. We should care about each other, God asked us to Love our neighbor as ourselves,

@@digitalmediafan Omar is the Dad of the pub owner and it looked like an Indian / Pakistani guy was enjoying the jams. Maybe you should conduct a census? The odds were higher of getting a hiding in front of the pokies if they didn’t like you compared to London.

Thank you for inviting me along, Antonia. We really enjoyed the day. Meeting your Dad and having a chat to him was great and very interesting. We had a good chat. The people in the pub were wonderful. I actually have a lot more footage of the day - 40 minutes which I had to edit down to 20 minutes as 15 / 20 minutes seems about the right length for these short 'Pub Piano Quest' Videos for TH-cam. I'll upload some more footage to my TH-cam Channel next week sometime. I'd love to come back and play there again when I'm next in Birmingham - maybe film a sequel. What a great pub, but what great people. Thank you Terry for taking us on the road again! Don't stop! We need a map of the UK and the locations of all the pubs you visit (I bet Elsie could help you with this) .. simply titled "Terry's Piano Pub Quest". @@kathygore2155 Brendan loves to instigate, then pull the victim card. In certain pubs he could end up with a public down trou, or on the wrong end of a broom handle… Terry’s all about the jams, so he never has those issues.

With all the Scots and Irish it was party every Friday, Saturday and someone would get up and play the piano.

The Dubliner, St Dunstans club, St Annes, The Four Provinces, the Irish Centre, the Boundary club ( like the wild west in some of those places on many a night-gulp) and many more. And sadly, you're right, all those places have gone now. Scanlons is still around though. They're a fun, lively bunch if you want to pay them a visit. Keep rocking, buddy.
