Welcome to Isla Napali, a new hyper realistic project in Planet Coaster. This park will feature a lot of the just announced UGC as well as many realistic elements that haven´t been touched in the game so far. The island is located somewhere in the pacific and heavily inspired by Hawaii Island Kauai, as this is one of the most beautiful places on this planet.

I think the hotel shouldn't be just a tall building in the middle of the island. A tourist destination like this should have a nice beachside resort. I think it should be built close to the beaches next to the harbor, with a separate entrance to the park. I don't think it would take up too much space, as there isn't a real need for swimming pools or other entertainment options besides the beach and the amusement park.

Dear Mister Camel,
As a weather expert I have to voice my concerns on the hurricane proofing of your park and island. If you want your park to be approved by the National Park Agency you will need to add warning signs, sirens, speakers, shelters and well signed fleeing routes. You should also consider the water management of your park, with not having to much concrete to let the water sip into the ground. And having canals or small rivers.

I live in "The Dock 2a", but my nice secretary brought your letter over to me. The forecast of "Planet Coaster Weather now" only shows sunny weather for the upcoming 34 years.
That ramp on the new building kind of reminded me of the Dartmouth Higher Ferry which is a chain ferry for cars and vans etc to cross the river Dart in Devon, England. You can google it to find pictures but there is essentially a long loop of chain that drives the ferry forwards and backwards across the river. The ferry has large flaps on each end that lift up when the ferry is moving, and then one end flaps down into a ramp so that the vehicals can drive off. It's a really efficienct way to transport vehicals accross smaller sections of water.

I really like it, but I think that the trash bags on top of the oil cans should have some be a bit darkker than the others. Great park already, though!
Maybe you could build some vacation cottages on top of the water. Like the ones in the maldives. I would certainly fit within the tropical theme and it would also be good use of the space on the map.

I think the dock could use a docked coast guard boat, might be a lot of pieces though.

You should hire a company to have duck boat tours on the island. Duck boats are veichcles that can go on land and water.
Also, The sides of the dock could use some barnacles and rust, you could use coal pieces for that.
Regarding your comments around minute 18 of the video: I think you want the helipads set back on the east side of the mountain, not up front near the harbor. The reason is because there is such a beautiful beach in the back left side, and the mountain further shelters this side of the island, making it a nice oasis for the wealthy visitors. There could be a few luxury beach-side rental properties there, and I think they would be the customers flying in on helicopters so they can conveniently land near their properties. They will never have to see or visit the pedestrian theme park if they do not wish to.
You might want to have a look at a pasenger termanal instead of a freight harbor

The yellow boxes on the edge of the pier are probably too bright, they don’t match the dull colors of its surrounding . Other than that it’s great👌

Dear mr Camel, would a real harbor not use containers considering the number of goods to be transported to the island?
You could add a small sorting area with containers and those specialized cranes nicknamed elephants as a backstage section near/ at the harbour.
Considering storms and hurricanes canals etc or just not using too much concrete (lots of natural path I guess) could be integrated into the terrain. If you don't want to dig canals that's also fine by me, but at least consider surge levees and shelters?

While I appreciate that you secured some of the loose barrels and widened the dock to provide more work area, I'm afraid that your docks are still not OSHA compliant. I just pray that we never get a visit from them.
As for the maintenance building, a small passenger ferry being repaired on the inside, a crane on the corner on the side with the archer and across from the shipping containers and maybe a dredge boat a short distance out side of the harbor.

It might look a bit too big, brightly green, and out of place, but I think it might work greatly for the structures at your docks. If you would like to try it, we could ship it to you for free. The passageway from dock to ship you created is called gangway.
Unfortunately your design seems a bit inefficient to me. Since it can only extend, the gangway can only accommodate ships at the same height of the dock without causing a safety hazard. Also, it's missing railings, which goes against regulations.
Telescopic gangways are usually stored in a lifted position, then extended and lowered onto a ship's deck. Something like that would definetly look cool on your dock.
I´ll have my planners look into it again and change upon request.
