TBH, the reasons the market moves very quickly in that session is because important news are usually released that time where it is very risky to trade.

It also moves very randomly when everyone is trading. It might move slower when the market is slow, but it's much more predictable.

I prefer the short moves. Look at AUD/USD at night in the USA. Before the top of every hour, there is usually some movement. Then at the top of the hour, it'll usually go back to where it was. There has to be a way to take advantage of that.

I live in EST and work during the day. I'll may catch the last 45 mins on NY session and London session I'm sleep. Stuck with Tokyo and it hasn't been bad tbh. Slow but I've gotten used to the predictability

mans said the best time to trade is when everyone is trading and thats the truth nvm the sessions however never neglect the sessions its also important however you wanna start trading 4 to 6 am south african time
i check yesterday happen in market. it create bullish engulping candle stick. then. next move is faster downtrend. the same happen in US session.
9:30 nyc 2:pm London or 230

New york session 10am-11am us100 look for a fvg created within that time frame not before or after. new york silver bullet....
fvg typically on 5m chart, wait for entry aim for 2:1RR hold trade until tp, unless stopped out, or hold trade until atleast 4 pm if tp isnt quick.
For example today, at 10:30 a fvg was created on the 5m, perfect tap on the Fvg short for 2rr by 11:20
