@@fujio001 I currently own one, the rear hub motor is 350w. Doesn't feel that powerful, and doesn't handle steep hills well, but the fact that it's only 24lbs kinda makes up for it, And the fact that it is so customizable. Perfect bike for Toronto, NOT so great for San Fransisco lol. Probably one of my best purchases
Do you think it’s possible to remove the bottom bracket on this bike? I want to convert it to a mid drive with a rear rack for the battery and controller. I’ve tried removing the bottom bracket but it appears that it may have been lightly bonded in place. I think it will be an interesting DIY project. Thank you.
Great review, especially when you did EXACTLY what I'd have done (tried to install a larger chain ring OR a smaller cog in the back). Does the back have the smallest cog it can use?
I am not sure if it is the smallest but I thought front is faster and easier to replace. You can still get at least 1 inch bigger size and it will not affect or touch the frame but that shop did not have that part.
@@ElectricVehicleSpace if you put the smallest cog possible on the rear wheel it will increase the speed that you can pedal, and it costs less than a larger chain ring. I swapped the 14-36 freewheel on my non-electric folding bike for a 11-36, and that 11t cog makes a bigger difference than I'd have expected.
Yeah you should check out the micro electric bikes see what the wattage is on those as well as the voltage on the battery and batteries amp hours yes RIP that apart and put a bigger sprocket on it I'd like to see that I challenge you to do it! Then I might buy one ‼️🤣
Micro electric bikes are legit. Here in Honolulu, Hawaii there are a ton of them and they serve people well in a city environment.
This is good to know. If you can record that and share with us will be great. PM me directly please
Yeah and the scooters…oh my god so many scooters on every corner and dedicated parking for them in many paid garages for $3 all day.
The design looks sexy, those super light e-bikes with 15-20MPH speeds is quick.
Have you reviewed the "jackrabbit"? seems like a better option. although I do appreciate the frame design of this bike.
I used to own one. It is a decent option but the hub motor is really weak. It struggle going up any hills and is has no pedals so you cannot assist.

@@thetds101 yes I'm aware of that but you need more tools and it's more difficult to replace it.
