Good climb Luke. In the future if you do more collab hikes, you might contact Jeff over at trek planner. He’s been mentioning about wanting to do some collaboration hikes. I think the two of you would make a good team. He was the one who did a shout out about your channel and that’s how I came to find you.
Hey hey Im your biggest fan and I just love the beauty of your adventure this was a great one there were some big scrambles The way you navigate those trails is only incredible I was into the whole video you are so strong I learn so much oh yes bloopers and daddy he is cool however Mr.Buddy he made it happen for me when Buddy says subscribe it's never a disappointment NEXT VIDEO LOL
Wow, the views😍absolutely gorgeous site. And really cool ruins in there Thank you for takeing us along❤ So warming to watch this. Here is at the moment - 24°celsius
Thank you both for another video with glorious colors, fantastic formations and interesting climbs! Even if I were more fit, I would NOT walk that narrow part to the "island" - Whoa! Too scary!
I agree - amazing views and ruins with very skillfully stacked rocks. So when it said peak 5598 - was that its identification or how many summits you have reached? You've accomplished alot if thats your peak count
Yes, the views and ruins were unreal! Peak 5598 is the official name of this peak as the elevation is 5598 feet. Unofficially named or unnamed peaks are called by there elevation. Thank you!
I was an archeologist in Flagstaff working for Dr. Weaver all over the area. The senor regional archaeologists wouldn't tell us where any of these sites were. I'm literally shocked when I see the videos and check the sites out on GEarth. I wish I had known, it would have modified some of my culture history ideas. Defense or winter sun? What do you think?
Very interesting. Some hilltop sites can be be seen from GE but most cliff dwellings you just have to climb to. I think many hikers just stumble upon them while exploring the canyons. The sites are sacred to multiple local tribes. The small ruin on the top seems like a lookout or a ritual site maybe, it seems to happen a lot, where they had cliff dwellings and then another site on the top.
This climb was super fun and epic! Thank you for watching! As always, please be respectful to nature and ancient sites. What was your favorite part?
@ruinsandridges oh ya betcha
Makes me feel ill just watching things like this so high. Thanks for taking me along so i can experience this from a safe distance!
Yes, this climb is not for everyone. Thank you for joining me!

Yeah, definitely not for everyone. Thank you!
Hope we get an answer about the cut circle with the square in it and what it is.
Thank you. I suspect some kind of marker.
