No. It outputs 9.2 GPM. A rotary cutter minimum would be around 18. I think this units hydraulics are geared for open and closed attachments like a grapple. You would need to step up to the 3500 series to get to 18 gallons but then you could get a cab which is what I would do if mowing for safety reasons. BTW, I would consider a flail mulcher over a rotary brush cutter. I think they do a better job and are more versatile.
