    One of the finest tutorials I've found on any subject. Background music is soft, jazzy, comforting, and does not interfere with the tutorial. The commentary itself is relaxed, friendly, yet concise and to the point. While each subject covered moves quickly on to the next, one does not feel overwhelmed. I'll refer to this video again and again to become fluent in all the Photoshop tools on iPad. Thanks for posting!

    This is great! Adobe Photoshop on the desktop is sooo hard to figure out how to use (even after hours of tutorials and even a live class), that I gave up trying to ever use it (not very user-friendly). I really like the iPad version as it seems easier to use and much more intuitive. Much better than the desktop that is useless for me. Anyway, you do a nice job explaining this. Thank you so much!❤

    Can you please tell us where we can add effects to text ? glow / drop shadow / gradient / etc ?

    • @AGFDesignStudio
      @AGFDesignStudio  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! I’m so glad that it was helpful 😊 There are currently no text effects like glow or drop shadow for Photoshop on the iPad unfortunately. But you can do gradient with the Fill tool if you press and hold it. There’s a Gradient option and then you can add it to your text as a Clipping Mask as a bit of a work around. As a work around for drop shadow I’ll rasterize my text and then under the Filter and Adjustments panel (the icon is on the right and it looks like a lightning bolt) and I’ll hit Gaussian blur and I’ll off set it behind my text.
      Hopefully those tips help but let me know if you have any other questions and thanks again for watching! 😊

    Hey , I was wondering what isn’t featured in the mobile iPad version?
    I heard someone mention things like “glow” or “shadows” .
    Cut and pasting different sky’s should be fine right? I’m trying to understand the limits of a mobile version.
    Also if the m chips are really needed to do this work or not .
    I haven’t bought any tablet or iPad but I am trying to inform myself on all fronts before making any decisions. As far as I know the m chips aren’t even fully used and adobe uses Rosetta for some things, so idk how necessary it is for mobile versions .
    Also, with mobile editions, do customers have to pay for a mobile subscription AND a desktop subscription separately?

    • @AGFDesignStudio
      @AGFDesignStudio  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey! Yeah I’m not sure what makes one come up instead of the other but if your big keyboard keeps coming up you can use two fingers and pinch them together to make it smaller. You can also do two fingers spread apart on the small keyboard to make it big again. Hopefully that helps you out but let me know!

    I’m hoping someone here can help me. I just downloaded Adobe Photoshop Express to my iPad Air running iOS 16.4.1. When I open the program my screens are similar, but don’t look anything like those in this tutorial and I don’t have the same options available here. All I want to be able to do is resize some images before I print them, i.e. reduce the size from 8.5 x 11 inches to 4.5 x 8.5. I can select a custom size, but it only accepts pixels. I actually don’t need all the app offers. I just want to be able to resize my images when necessary. TIA!

      Great question Blair! And no, the current version out now doesn’t have that feature but hopefully in the future. I’ll be keeping up with the updates and will make videos when more features are added for the iPad version 👍🏾

    Hello ! J’ai un léger soucis. Lorsque j’utilise le pinceau, le trait s’affiche uniquement lorsque je relâche le stylet. Je ne vois pas en direct ce que je dessine, je dois relever le stylet pour que le trait s’affiche sur la feuille. Je ne sais pas si mon problème est clair, mais est-ce que quelqu’un aurait une solution ?

      It might be that. It works best with the Apple Pencil and iPad. You can check out the compatibility of equipment here: helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements-ios.html

    For people who create arts for social media, do you think that the ps for ipad is a good solution for those who need to work outside the office, home office? I'm really used with the desktop version... Hi from Brazil 😄

    • @AGFDesignStudio
      @AGFDesignStudio  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Sérgio! That’s a great question. Honestly, I think you can use it outside the office reliably as long as you’re somewhere with internet and then you can always finish or continue your work on the desktop version later because of Cloud Documents. There are still feature limitations to the iPad app so you won’t be able to do everything but I like using it when I want time away from my desk.

    Can you resize photos in iPad Photoshop (like PS in computer)? The reason I asked, when I try to print photos thru a printing company, it’s always off even if the canvas created in Procreate is the exact sz I wanted to print. Pls advise. Thx

      Hmmm how strange! But yes, you can resize images by going to the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner and adjusting your Image Size from there. Hopefully that helps but let me know if you have any other questions 👍🏾

    • @AGFDesignStudio
      @AGFDesignStudio  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! To add a photocopy effect I would either apply an image with that effect on it and use the Blend Modes to overlay it on my canvas or something similar as the iPad version of Photoshop currently has limited effects built in to the app. Hopefully that helps but let me know if you have any other questions 👍🏾
