From what I have been informed of through insiders and old schoolers of the fort Pierce area is that this contractor has a record of landing contracts and never completing them but instead profiting off of the process for which everything gets stalled and the projects never completed. So if this is true this contractor is not a contractor but a high level high rolling scam artist that would be bleeding the city and its people dry for a project that will never be completed because that would be the intention. I have been told that this contractor has a record of doing the same thing time and time again. Our city should investigate this man and his company's history and if it is found that the same thing has occurred multiple times in the past then that should be grounds for his arrest and extraction of the assets he holds to pay for the damages he has already caused. But this would only apply if investigated to be found true.
