Another great tutorial! Love your teaching style & including showing that the corners can be “saved” by boxing if envelope method is not working. Thank you for all the hours you put into your videos!
This is my everyday bag. I wish I had put a pocket on the inside of the front flap for cash and coins. It's the perfect size bag for me, and I love all the organization. I made a second one for a friend. The vinyl was too thick for the envelope bottom, so I also boxed it, and it turned out fine.
So glad you are doing this tutorial for the Kaylee. I’ve had the pattern since last year and have procraftinated making it. 😁 Yes, I meant to spell that word that way. 😂
Thank you for the tutorial!! I noticed though that when you topstitched around the front pocket you did it on the outside of the pocket instead of inside around the cardslots as in the pattern. Wondered if you didn't notice that or just changed things around? She demonstrates it in her tutorial for that part.
Hi, I know this is an old video. But I love this design and I’m newer to sewing bags. I really want to use a cute canvas for this bag, but what do you suggest I interface the back with? I hope to hear from you.

Great idea about the added pocket inside the front flap!
Thank you Kassiah. I hope you are feeling better. Thinking good thoughts. 😁

Ha ha I think that is my new favorite word! ❤️😊😂
Yey, I’ve been wanting to do this too, was trying to decide what bag to do next
Hope you are feeling better
I wanna make this!

when your iron beeped i swore my husband left the fridge door open again haha
😂😂😂 did you yell at him to close it?!
Could the pattern of front and back be made longer, so as to get a wider bag at the bottom?
Yes totally. I think that’s actually what I would do next time

Hello! Depends on what kind of canvas and what your machine can handle. You usually don’t have to interface canvas too much.
Love watching you sew. How long have u had your king max machine?
I think a little over two years now
I’ve made 2 and I don’t like the bottom on either one. I tried to box them, since it’s too thick for the envelope. Sigh. Love your tutorials though
Sorry to hear that
Going to make this for a client! Do you know how thick your vinyl is?
No I don’t know thickness, but it is a thinner vinyl than marine if that helps?
What is the tool that you use to punch holes for your rivets?
It is a leather hole punch, you can get it from here www.Amazon.com/shop/SiahSwag
Thanks! I haven’t seen one like that.
Nice tutorial video, but I think this pattern is for an advance beginner/intermediate
