I talk about this a lot on stream, but I focus a lot on being more aware of *why* you're hitting the ball. What are you trying to accomplish moment to moment (am I trying to beat the challenge, set up a teammate, or take advantage of space). This should lead to you keeping better control of the ball rather than just hitting it away
