The current one that WWE Shop has which I just received yesterday has the plastic fasteners holding the plates in place like how it is on the other commemorative belts and the side plates are one single solid piece, so the circular disc plates aren't removable.
I'd suggest either eBay or Facebook marketplace. The version of commemorative stay put out noun does not have replaceable side discs so you have to cut them out

I think if you drilled 2 holes for the side plate screws you might be able to put them on.
