Do equal length porting, remove restrictor plate, put area RC reeds, 48 walbro pump, velocity stack, put coil from 1E44F Mitsubishi T300 and a good pipe and not a thing will catch you.
@@nwsights6301 please note that I was only talking about the engine. The gearbox is a piece of garbage. Main bearing on output shaft coming from Bell housing will fail almost within a few hours as I've seen a few bells from other scooters have an axial ossilatiing movement due to them not been true and so fine tuning meaning check for high spot and hammer tap till true but upgrade all bearings if you can or reingineer output shaft to single final drive. You'll end up with a few gearboxes after a while as they don't sell loose items other than belts, clutch and pressure plates. I know because the main stockist and engineer who designed that scoot live here in South Africa. Then the welds below collapsible mechanism where it meets foot board will crack after a while. You'll have to remove all coating and redo all welds for safety. All the mods mentioned above can be bought at RC shops or Aliexpress. I can't send you link but if you search PNW Porting channel you get a whiff of what's going on. Also search on TH-cam for Kasei 63cc modifications and you'll find loads on porting and mods. Please note that anything RC related like mini 2 stroke modifications end up becoming a money pit. I work for an MX race team and the love for 2 stroke will sink you financially. It's a passion. All these vids you see with the boys are out on the scoots having fun don't show you the engine rebuilds on the side of the road. Their backpacks are not for juice etc but spares and tools. I have a modified Yamaha Zuma 100cc modified to the moon and it cost more to maintain than both my superbike together. So just be mindful of what you stepping into. Like I said it must be a passion and you must love working and fixing things.
@@butlersracing7692 The two scooters I have currently are single final drive and I honestly would keep it that way from all the issues I've heard about this. Most likely going to slap a Gp460 onto my current scooter. I do love repairing and fixing I've always done things like that and stepping into the field of small engine work is up my aly, I've found a lot of websites that offer upgrades and parts recently at good prices and there are many options out there for gas scooters! I appreciate your insight a lot.

Remove restriction plate in engine, do exhaust porting, piston skirt reshaping, put coil from 1E44F 52cc coil to assist exhaust porting to allow for higher revs, put Walbro Hda 38 or Tillotson H20 carb with air velocity stack and RC V2 reed valves with air filter and expansion exhaust pipe with a Polini race clutch and bell and remove that shit gear box and it's paper bearings and make it a single drive system...remake a shaft which runs from clutch bell to outer casing on the left side (it has a polyurethane bush with bearing in it). Make the shaft with a Dshape close to where the original carrier bearing originally used to be located against the clutch bell and buy a 14 tooth sprocket with internal D shape same as shaft with a hex screw sunken in to secure its position with small 1mm groves on either side of sprocket on shaft to secure circlip locks in place. You would then need to get extra 1 inch long aluminum bolt spacers to now replace the carrier plate just behind the 14 tooth sprocket which now takes its place (If you stand behind scooter and look at gearbox - carrier plate must be one inch to the left or more). While you doing the shaft replace both bearing in the polyurethane bush with better quality and the one in the 3 sided carrier plate with a self allignment bearing or a needle bearing. Once you have done this you have a deadly weapon capable of 100-120km per hour. You can effectively take off that 54tooth rear sprocket and play with smaller sizes or whatever. This is the Chinese Ferrari of Gopeds. The engine is the Huasheng Kasei 63cc engine and can vumaa lol

He's been involved with motorsport for decades and so these vehicles trump anything on the market. It's the most reliable and that Kesei engine when tuned IS the Chinese Ferrari engine. You can do well over 60mph with the correct mods and final gearing....
