seeing this dance practice compared to spring day's also shows bts' duality. mic drop has such hard hitting choreography while spring day's is more fluid, the one from yesterday's reaction was of them playing around but the original spring day dance practice is very elegant and smooth
Yes, it’s a heavy lyrical influence and highlights one of the member’s skills very well. Jimin is classically trained in contemporary ballet (his thigh muscles and turnout are RIDICULOUS), and the choreo really lends itself to that style.

The practice version will show how precise the moves while the mv will give you the visual, cinemathography, amazing production and also stories. This is what I love about bts. Everytime I watched their dance practice it feels like I am already watching them live performing it. That's how good bts is. That's why they are the only Kpop group that I really adore.
Good video and reaction! This is definitely a good song and video to show people getting into BTS, especially if they have doubts or just unfamiliar with them/kpop in general. Seems to be once people see what the group can do in this genre and the way they dance, their other songs are just as enjoyable, even if they don't have the same vibes. The Steve Aoki remix of this song is also really good, as a majority of it is in English, so watching the MV of it with captions may be good for him if he's interested in knowing what the song is about

I suggest the Steve Aioki Bts remix of Mic Drop. More English and subtitles and great visuals. Also Bts Not Today if you like hip hop. They also have great vocal songs like The truth untold, Waste it on me, Euphoria , Butterfly & Make it right.
There's this thing called, "Fan-Service" where a grp. seeks to specifically elicit reaction from the fans & provide them w/ a little extra they wouldn't normally see--blowing kisses, pretend fighting, making the heart sign w/ their fingers, goofy dance moves, is one type of fan-service. The Spring Day (Lovely Version), was an example of this. If you see the word "Version" in it, then know you are likely going to get a fan-service vid--they may not all be cutesy or funny, they may have extra dance breaks, or extra extended scenes, such as the "Dance Break Version."
