    Ingredients
    Neckbones
    Six potatoes, medium size
    2 Scallion
    1/4 of green bell pepper
    1/4 of red bell pepper
    Mushrooms (optional)
    Three cloves garlic
    1/4 cup ketchup
    Seasoning
    1/2 tablespoon paprika
    1 Tablespoon green seasoning
    1 1/2 teaspoon Adobo all-purpose seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon meat seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon ginger powder or fresh
    Seasoning, your meat with all of your dry seasonings and then let it sit either for one to two hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
    Sauté or brown your meat first. Once you have browned your meat you can go ahead and pressure it for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how tender you want your meat. The longer you pressure cook your meat the more tender it’s going to be.
    Once you’re finished pressure, cooking your meat, you can go ahead and add in your ketchup to help thicken up your gravy. Let that cook for 10 to 15 minutes you can let it dry down to as much as you like to get the desired thickness of your gravy that you want. After 10-15 minutes you are done.
