Don’t say you’ll never “sleep at 10pm”/have a normal sleeping pattern. Because I was exactly like you but I started to fill my days up and be busier and eventually I started sleeping at 10pm-12am and waking up st 8am and the weight just dropped off. I lost 15lbs just by having s normal sleep schedule. No exercise or diet change.

Get a job like an adult and work normal hours and you'll go to sleep by 10. The only reason you should be up until 2-6 am is if you work a late or overnight shift.

I'm up this late because of my medication, I have to take it in the morning and it knocks me out but I can't leave the house due to anxiety, but if I could go out, id 100% be working and getting back to normal, it's what I'm working towards, I had a proper sleeping schedule when I worked and I miss it so bad 😫 buy AL has no excuse

I use Pond's cold cream to take off my makeup. It's very gentle and your makeup will just melt off. Just rub it around gently and wipe off with a warm baby wash cloth. Your face will glow and no scrubbing around your eyes. That skin is very thin and sensitive.
You wash the oil right off. If you follow a korean/asian skicare routine it uses a cleansing oil to remove makeup first. it takes off all of the makeup and mascara without tugging or pulling. or you could just use ponds.

I used to sleep really late all my life, I didn't knew any different until I started having thyroid problems. When I decided to go to the doctor and learn what the hell was wrong with me, the first thing he said I needed to change was the sleeping habit and to not go to bed late (at least most of nights, cause you know it can happen sometimes like in the weekend) not only for an energy thing but also for my metabolism that was very very slow at that time. I was thinking how the f I would do that and I didn't even like the idea but I did everything he told me and in a matter a few days It basically changed my life. I was feeling more energy already and than adding gym and eating healthier It made things even better and I was able to be normal again. For someone her weight she definitely has a very very slow metabolism too, because of her weight, eating habits etc and zero energy so it can only help her to not sleep late and at least do some 15 min cardio like some walking/wanddling or whatever when she wakes up in order to make her body and metabolism start working.

I have severe insomnia. If she can help it, she should rest. I haven't exercised in two days due to severe lack of sleep and consistently waking up every 30min. I haven't slept more than 5 hours in one year+. Not one night. Lack of sleep is horrible and if one can sleep they should.

Don’t say you’ll never “sleep at 10pm”/have a normal sleeping pattern. Because I was exactly like you but I started to fill my days up and be busier and eventually I started sleeping at 10pm-12am and waking up st 8am and the weight just dropped off. I lost 15lbs just by having s normal sleep schedule. No exercise or diet change.

mustard sectional nope I’m a student but my hours are super weird I have class at 9am one day so I’d turn up with 3 hours of sleep and I’d have class at 5pm the next day so it was so easy to sleep in. But now my sleep is fixed I wake up at a set time everyday and go to class

Holding the wipe on your eye for 30 seconds or so can make it easier to get the mascara off without rubbing too much! You can also try removing it gently with coconut oil or a makeup remover!

I use Pond's cold cream to take off my makeup. It's very gentle and your makeup will just melt off. Just rub it around gently and wipe off with a warm baby wash cloth. Your face will glow and no scrubbing around your eyes. That skin is very thin and sensitive.

You wash the oil right off. If you follow a korean/asian skicare routine it uses a cleansing oil to remove makeup first. it takes off all of the makeup and mascara without tugging or pulling. or you could just use ponds.

I used to sleep really late all my life, I didn't knew any different until I started having thyroid problems. When I decided to go to the doctor and learn what the hell was wrong with me, the first thing he said I needed to change was the sleeping habit and to not go to bed late (at least most of nights, cause you know it can happen sometimes like in the weekend) not only for an energy thing but also for my metabolism that was very very slow at that time. I was thinking how the f I would do that and I didn't even like the idea but I did everything he told me and in a matter a few days It basically changed my life. I was feeling more energy already and than adding gym and eating healthier It made things even better and I was able to be normal again. For someone her weight she definitely has a very very slow metabolism too, because of her weight, eating habits etc and zero energy so it can only help her to not sleep late and at least do some 15 min cardio like some walking/wanddling or whatever when she wakes up in order to make her body and metabolism start working.

I have severe insomnia. If she can help it, she should rest. I haven't exercised in two days due to severe lack of sleep and consistently waking up every 30min. I haven't slept more than 5 hours in one year+. Not one night. Lack of sleep is horrible and if one can sleep they should.
