I honestly love the Wii version. You can see they T R I E D to make the boss fights harder, such as Iggy's random shell movement, going into tubes, ect.
Hell, it's apparently not as easy to spam make them into shell. Except the guy as Mario, he ruined Morton fight, kinda.

So basically,what I’ve learned about this “Boom Boom” guy (the turtle thing that you fight 6 times in this game) is that he’s actually a henchman that Bowser has recruited to take down Mario. In later games,he even has a companion named Pom Pom in Super Mario 3D Land and World. Tho what’s very mind bending about this “Boom Boom” is that the Prima Guide states that he was a “forgotten koopaling”. Now this is not proven at all,but it’s something to think deep into. He’s a reptile,he has a spiky shell (sometimes smooth),and he can even get into his shell and spin around in Super Mario 3D Land and World. He also looks very similar to all of the Koopalings (except for Morton) and Bowser. These details can be adding up to the fact that he was infact a koopaling and he was just forgotten,but this still has to be proven by Mr. Mia Moto (sorry if I spelled that wrong,i don’t know how to spell his name so I just wrote it by how it sounds) this is just a lil thing I wanted to mention for the referencing of Boom Boom.
