Furqan Bhai, I feel your pain. A long time ago I had a similar experience with PIA. The Station Manager ran away instead of helping the passengers . We lost 2 days of our holidays to Pakistan. That was the first and last time I flew with this third class air line. Now I hear it has become ten times worse. I saw a recent newspaper article of a passenger who complained that the seat he was occupying, seat belts were broken and the overhead luggage compartment was held together by duct tape!!!! We already know some of the pilots who were flying PIA planes were using fake qualification papers!!😮. How dangerous is that. Shame. Almost reminds me of how PCB is run. I am glad you are home safe and sound.

Air India is good bro. In my experience the only problem is that often their in flight entertainment doesn’t work. No delays, no issues with the luggage, food was good, air hostess were kind too.

In my experience the only problem is that often their in flight entertainment doesn’t work.
No delays, no issues with the luggage, food was good, air hostess were kind too.

Okay but maybe the older flight must have gone through some wear and tear but it's not common. Most of the flights are well maintained. Again saying its not Singapore airlines quality but decent.

U must have booked a flexible ticket with Etihad, that's the reason there was no additional cost involved when the changes were made. I know the fact because I have been associated with the travel and tourism industry for the past 15 years. I can't comment on PIA as all I have heard is about malpractices by them.
