The house is saying a lot but...That road on a new estate is terrible. it sinking already and you can see a dip in it. paving a constantly used road will lead to further issues down the line making the estate look run down and the remedy is expensive for all the residents to have to chip in! nice to see the wooden scaffold but on a hi-spec build afford the workmen and women cutting edge equipment and the whole build benefits.
Why do developers in Nigeria do this all the time? A ridiculously expensive house with very crappy landscaping, they never seem to get a professional to do it for them. This is appalling.
