A lot has changed when it comes to Bulk Pokemon Cards throughout the years. At one point in time, bulk Pokemon Cards would be worth 6-7 Cents per Common and Uncommon. However, as the Pokemon Market became more saturated and supply increased, bulk Pokemon Cards have seen a huge crash. Gone are the days when you would be able to trade 1,500 Bulk Pokemon Cards for a booster box and we have entered an era where few stores are even still offering deals to trade bulk Pokemon Cards.
In today's video, we take a look at what Pokemon Cards are worth pulling out of your bulk boxes, as well as talk about what to do with your remaining bulk Pokemon Cards. While there is not a ton of value you still in bulk, there are quite a few cards that you can trade in that are still worth a little, helping bring down the cost of pieces you are looking to add to your collection. Make sure to remove these Pokemon Cards from your bulk boxes!

I recently traded my bulk and some cards at my local lgs for a Paldea evolved booster box. They had a special going on where they matched 100% value off TCG player since they had a lot of empty cases to fill up at the store.
Man, I wish our lgs would do this!
Well dang, my LGS' suck. They're too good for even some of my slightly higher end cards. I just recycle all my unwanted bulk. Don't have the space to be storing tons of cards I don't care about.
Bulk is one of those things you can sell if you put a little work into it. Just dont expect a lot, but something back is better than nothing.
I keep the holos and reverse holos so I can trade with other collectors trying to make a master set.
same, I keep all trainers and holos/reverses and bulk out all the rest
Great topic. Glad you talked through some of it. I’ve been sitting on some and have no reason to even bother with it. I guess I hope that it goes up some so I can turn over a little bit of the cost of opening packs.

by far the most useful video i've seen since starting this hobby, i opened a lot of paradox rift and just went through my bulk for it...found 12 earthen vessels and 8 counter catchers, some poffins too! thanks!

Good video, lots of trainers I'm currently running (Ancient Box) and it was a good reminder to list some of the 20 Buddy Buddy Poffins I have on my TCGPlayer inventory. Looking forward to when the colosseum's bulk form goes live again, I have two boxes of 7K bulk to send :)

this is the main reason i don't open packs way to much bulk cards
I have like 1.5k-2k reverse holos, 1k holo, and like 8k non holo bulk. All near mint
idk what to do with it and no local game stores are buying... about 400 of the reverses are pokemon 151 as well. Was trying to find the best way to liquidate it
I started making 3d Pokémon cards with my bulk. The few I’m working on take about 5x+ 1 revers hollow. Looking forward to getting to my stack of drampa from temporal forces

I trade in bulk at my LCS. They give a $1 for a full ETB box of bulk. I rather get a cool $1 card than have bulk

Just recently sold my Bulk to a small company here in germany that lets you pick out products in return :) you get more out of selling them elsewhere but it's very easy to do it that way so next time I'll do it again!

I pick all my bulk down to $0.25 and then sell everything else to a local show vendor for $0.01 per paper and $0.03 for H/RH
How do you know which cards are .25 or more? What’s the fast way of finding out for Pokemon?
You're kind of screwing yourself over on the H/RH at that price bro. But i get it, gotta get rid of them somehow.
@Hephaestus_God I agree the rate isn't great but at best, online buyers might give an extra 1 or 2 cents over what I get locally. Then you have to pay a large shipping fee due to the weight, so it is kind of a pick your poison situation with bulk anymore.

Probably yeah. There’s a lot of decks that make use of it. Definitely don’t sleep on secret trainers because they can go crazy depending on changes to GLC and standard

With tcgp raising its shipping cost selling bulk penny cards has been relatively easy and way more profitable mai Lu with those buyers that only purchase 1-20 cards. Biggest cost is the stamp. Only issue I’ve personally found is when buyers buy 50-100 really cheap cards that only total to $5 in revenue, and even then it typically just winds up break even when needing to pay for tracked shipping to get all of them shipped.
Don’t pay for tracked shipping then. You can send a usps untracked bubble mailer for $1.75
@@TrainerTrigs I’ll have to try that never used that method before. Typically if I have to use a bubble mailer I’ll just go with the tracked shipping.
same. just had a buyer buy 100 cards (64 of which were Worker lol) that added up to around $5 and even doing 1st class large flat envelope it was $3.30 to ship because it weighed 9oz. can't figure out how to make transactions like that work for me. it works fine like you said when up to 15-20 cards, but these large orders of cheap cards are a lot of work for no profit.
@@kevinbohrer274you can do stacks of 16 cards side by side in team bags inside a plain white envelope. One top loader per bag. Should only need 2-3 stamps.
The problem is that listing all your bulk cards at 2-4c each and tons of buyers will actually just order a single card and burn your money. I need to sell something over 22c to even break even. And then its only cents of profit. And there's a break even point where youd have to ship a bunch of cards in a bubble mailer which costs like $4 which again kills your profit. Imagine getting an order for 165 bulk cards and profiting 13c
Not sure why reverses aren’t in more demand. A lot of people want them for master sets. I have all mine sleeved and organized but no takers on eBay at .30 each.
And I have thousands(?) of code cards. What to do with them??
Maybe people aren’t seeing them. 30 cents is a good price or people aren’t into masters sets but they for sure want to do 151 master set. I know those be selling. . For code cards maybe throw one or two in for free when making a sale. Or I guess donate em or see how much your local game store will give you. Maybe sell on eBay like 500 for $10 or something, idk what they be worth maybe like 10 cents a piece,

I give my bulk away for trick or treaters
The best way to get rid of bulk is making a bundle of maybe 20-30 cards with about 5 othose is a reverse holo or holo. then handing them out at trick or treat, or handing them out randomly to children on the street, orgiving to schools. This way you MIGHT spark their interest, keeping the Hobby alive.
